Please allow 3-6 business days to arrive once shipping for domestic orders (up to 3 days around Chicago) and an additional 8-15 business days for international orders.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM CST are typically shipped within 48-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM CST through Sunday are typically shipped by the following Monday or Tuesday. In the rare event that we are out-of-stock, customers will be notified via email. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number, via email.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Our automated computer shipping system uses the address that you provided via your checkout. We do not make any manual changes to your address. You are responsible for the address that you provide us. If a package does not get delivered due to an invalid shipping address we are not responsible. If a package is returned back to us by the shipper, we can re-ship for an additional shipping charge. If you do not wish for the package to be re-shipped we will issue a refund less shipping cost.
